POLICY
I am a travel-only makeup artist located in the East Bay Area. Travel fees will be dependent on the location of the client.
All clients are required to sign a contract regarding their appointments via email. Prices are subject to change.
DEPOSITS: All clients are required to electronically pay a non-refundable deposit upon booking. The deposit fee will be transferred towards the day of the appointment or will be used as a cancelation fee if cancellation occurs.
Non-wedding booking deposits are $50/per person.
Wedding package deposits are 50% of the package price.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
GENERAL EVENT: Appointments that are made within the span of fewer than 14 days before the date of the appointment, are subject to cancellation or a $20 late booking fee per person.
WEDDINGS: Please be mindful to book your appointments at least a month before the wedding, any bookings that are made within the span of fewer than 30 days prior to the date of the appointment, are subject to a $50 late booking fee per person.
DAY OFF: Appointments made on days off are subject to cancellation or a $50 fee per person.
EARLY MORNING: Appointments made before the start of working hours (8AM) will be charged an additional $50 fee per hour.
LATE EVENING: Appointments made after the end of working hours (3PM) will be charged an additional $50 fee per hour.
RESCHEDULING: Clients are allowed to reschedule their appointment a MAX of 1 time to a new date scheduled within 3 months.
GRACE PERIOD: All clients are allowed a max time of a 15-minute late arrival to their homes or venue. If the client does not show up within the 15-minute grace period, their appointment is canceled.
VENDOR MEAL: For larger parties, if I am scheduled to work more than 5 hours a vendor meal must be provided during the duration of my stay. If no breaks are included in between services, the meal must be to-go.
Failure to provide a vendor meal will be subject to a $50 inconvenience fee
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: Hotel accommodations are required under these conditions:
If venue location is 100 miles or more one way AND if the service duration is a minimum of 2 hours,
If wedding is 1 or more days long. ie: cultural weddings with various ceremonies AND/OR
If my arrival is 6:30 AM or earlier AND getting ready/venue location is 25 miles or more one way.
Inquiries will be responded to within 1-3 business days.
Right to refuse service if client is disrespectful and/or takes my tools to service themselves.
Service will come to an end and client must pay in full.Products must be monetarily compensated if the client and/or child uses my products on themselves which involves the product being contaminated.
Same day appointments are not offered.
